Phase 11: Vintage Tool Project
This is a digital rendering of Vintage Glasses using Rhino 3D software. The drawing highlights the magnification possibilities of the glasses as well as the movement of the lenses.
Phase III: Pedestal Model for GlassesFor this assignment, I proposed a pedestal to display and hold the Spectacles Vintage Glasses that also display the function. The pedestal I created allows the glasses to slide in with the same motion as putting glasses on your head. The two semi-translucent sides of the pedestal reflect the transparency of the glasses' lenses. At different views, you can reveal or hide the inside structure. This displays the cone of vision inside, which is the magnification of the glasses. Resulting in a visual representation of the magnification capabilities of the object.
